However, many of them are unable to benefit from these opportunities because they are still trapped in the lower levels of the economy. Many women, who aspire to be or are already in the job market, also happen to be mothers. Although there’s no secret recipe to balancing work and motherhood, there are thousands of women out there who have learned to do it successfully, women who have taken on this challenge and have come out on top. Furthermore, women are amazing jugglers who fulfill many roles, balancing everything from a family to work and everything in between.
Everyday more and more women are embracing entrepreneurship as a viable, fulfilling career alternative to the traditional forms of employment and a powerful means of building wealth. Despite unprecedented opportunities for success, many barriers still exist in the form of accessing:

Without women, the world would be incomplete, as we bring a unique perspective and balance to the dynamics of life.
In households, women play a significant role in shaping the minds and characters of their children. They impart values and morals, and their affectionate presence provides the emotional support required for a happy and healthy family life. It is essential to empower women by providing them with equal opportunities, access to education, resources, and support. We must also work towards creating a society where women’s rights are respected and where they feel safe from harm and abuse and this is exactly what we do at the Women of Valor Foundation through providing mentorship, training and executive coaching.

To enroll 180 urban and rural low income earning women annually into the women of valor mentorship program, empowering them economically through mentorship, executive coaching, business training and motivational talks hence providing them with increased income and lively hood options.

To empower the 180 urban and rural low income earning women annually and equip them with knowledge on how to a run businesses professionally through the women of valor foundation business trainers..
Inspire women to dream big
To inspire women to dream big and give them free financial advice through the television program and our trainings
Link women with financial institutions
To link women with financial institutions and banks so that they can get financial support plus financial literacy
Promote female business owners
To encourage and promote female business owners through advocacy, business and technical Skills training.

To create a female network system around and outside Africa

Note from the Country Director - Tanzania
When we create an atmosphere for women to be their best version, entire generations thrive. A woman has God given inherent nurturing qualities that become a guiding light to families and nations. At women of Valor foundation, we take a holistic approach to mold an individual through mentorship, business training, executive coaching and motivational talks. Our core objective is to empower and inspire youth and women to live dignified lives by getting access to skills and tools that value add for excellent work ethic , business acumen and quality personal branding. Our trainings use a curriculum that provides soft skills, biblical principles and precepts to train and mentor. As a mother of 4, I have first hand experience on how excellent women leaders shape the next generation. I invite you on this great adventure with women of valor!
